§ J. Exceptions.

Exceptions to the provisions of Section H may be granted provided the following conditions are met:
(1)

The proposed project involves the expansion of an existing building.

(2)

No part of the proposed expansion shall be closer to the adjacent streambed that the perpendicular distance between the closest point of the existing structure and the adjacent streambed.
