§ 35. RECORDS REQUIRED.

(a)

The Grantee shall at all times maintain and make available to the City upon written notice and reasonable request:

(1)

A full and complete set of plans, records and "as-built" maps showing the exact location of all cable communication system equipment installed or in use in the City, exclusive of subscriber service drops. These plans, records and ":as built maps" will be treated as proprietary information and will be maintained and viewed at the cable operator's office.

(b)

Other records. The City may impose reasonable requests for additional information, records and documents from time to time, as may be reasonably necessary to monitor or ascertain the Grantee's compliance with this Franchise.
