§ 43. NOTICES.

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of actual delivery, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid. The address for service of notice to the Grantee shall be addressed to Time Warner Entertainment-Advance/Newhouse, d/b/a Time Warner Cable, 316 Huffman Mill Road, Burlington, North Carolina 27215. Notices to the City shall be addressed to the City Clerk, City of Burlington, 425 South Lexington Avenue, Post Office Box 1358, Burlington, North Carolina 27216. Either the City or the Grantee may change address to which all notices shall be sent by addressing a notice of such change in the manner provided in this section.
